- To develop and implement tactical plans to promote the hotel and thereby support our sales efforts both room and F&B and outlets.
- To ensure that the hotel- s product image is professionally reflected in all communications to the hotel- s current and potential guests and the local community
- Constantly seek to identify unmet customers and patrons needs and work towards developing new/improving current products and strategies to sustain our competitive advantage.
- Responsible for any opportunity to promote our NSAH to the public in a proper luxury image according to the Accor Company Concept
- Set high personal and professional standards for
- Recognize outstanding individual performance in your department and deal with substandard performance fairly, immediately and constructively.
- Give clear, concise directions, provide support and supervise your Band to ensure that directions are properly executed.
- Seek responsibility and take responsibility for your actions and the actions of those reporting to you.
- Establish a climate of motivation and enthusiasm in your department.
- Create and implement long term goals and strategies that will cause your department and therefore the hotel to succeed and grow.
- Get the right people in the right job.
- Constantly seek to develop the expertise of those reporting to you.
