Job Description
- Responsible for all functions of HR, including Recruitment, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Employee Relations
- Supervise and oversee all HR practices within the HR team
- Act as a business partner regarding the HR-related and Labor laws issues
- Work closely with line managers to develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies to attract candidates
- Conduct orientations for new joiners
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify job descriptions for vacancies, source suitable candidates, and arrange them with the hiring managers
- Organize tidy and accurate HR database (SAP)
- Re-evaluate and improve the company's Compensation and Benefits policies
- Organize employee engagement activities to keep employees engaged with the company and create the sense of unity
- Administer HRIS database to ensure accuracy of information
- Manage overall Payroll (Genius) salary adjustment, and incentives
