- Bachelor's Degree in hospitality management or any relate filed.
- 35 -40 years old
- Experienced as General Manager, Hotel Manager or RM in five star resort / hotel
Experience in large volume operations.
- Able to manage large and diverse operations.
- Demonstrable achievements in improving customer satisfaction.
- Profound English verbal and writing knowledge along with perfect computer proficiency.
- Ability to work with a variety of team members and levels of authority.
- Should possess an outstanding career record in the hotel industry with a successful track record of achievements.
- Establish and build relationships with guests to ensure all service expectations are exceeded.
- Ensure all team members comply with company safety policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Excellent leadership skills.
