Job Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development roles, with at least 2 years in managerial level.

Supervises the performance of Training.
Counsels associates as needed in areas such as career planning, training and development, employee relations etc.
Implements and monitors an effective employees relation
