Residence Manager (NEW PROPERTY)

Bachelor or higher, major in hospitality preferred.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, with 5 years in a similar capacity/position
- Knowledge in Hospitality industry.
- Knowledgeable, familiar with all aspects of operations
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Power Point
- Excellent communications and public relations skills.
- Possess management and leadership skills
- Good command in English
- Ability to perform well under pressure and stress.
- Pleasant, honest, hardworking and flexible personality; a team player.
- Ability to receive as well as deliver constructive criticism.

- Be responsible for planning, controlling and coordination of all functional events as requested by the Management
- Manage team and other operational functions in providing excellent service standards and building the community for residents
- Ensure smooth operation and efficiency of operational departments with regular inspections
- Handle correspondences relating to residents, be it event notices or replying their enquiries
- Disseminate information and obtain feedback from residents
- Perform all duties as outlined in the operational policy and procedures, report or recommend any outstanding issues
- Preparation of required management reports
- Review and update of operational procedures
- Ensure that the local legal, labor, health and building requirements/regulations are met and maintained
- Manage execution of the Sales & Marketing plan of the property
- Develop and establish new programs, service standards and control procedures in response to operational needs
- Organize operations meetings
- Perform all other assignments as directed by the Management.
- Takes overall responsibility for financial performance of the property and the achievement of property sales and profit objectives
