1.Degree in Hospitality with at least 1 year in a supervisory position. OR Diploma in Hospitality with at least 2-3 years in hospitality, of which 1 year should be in a supervisory position
2.Background in M&E a plus.
3.Excellent communication skills.
4.Computer literacy in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
5.Strong entrepreneurship and excellent with numbers.
6.Effective problem solver and good people skills.

Job Details
รายละเอียดงาน
1.Oversee the entire day-to-day operations relating to housekeeping, engineering, and security, to ensure the smooth running of the property. This includes:
- Cost control, roster planning, inspections, scheduling preventive maintenance, vendor management and other operations related functions
2.Oversee training new operations staff (be it in-house or outsourced) to ensure they are familiar with the tasks.
3.Track the productivity of the departments and work with the respective departments to increase efficiency.
4.Ensure that all staff receive timely skills upgrading and relevant training e.g. OJT for new hires.
5.Engage in effective communication with the lyf Champion, lyf guards, residents and guests, while cultivating good working relationship with them.
6.Review guests- feedback and strive to improve on services by Housekeeping and Engineering.
7.Ability to cultivate good business working relationship with guests, owners and stakeholders.
8.Come up with innovative ways to mitigate problems and improve guests' experiences.
9.Basic IT support:
- Vendor management (liaising with vendors to troubleshoot, escalation, problem resolution)
- Work with Cluster IT to ensure full compliance with company IT policies and procedures
- Work with Engineering Team and Cluster IT team to provide first line interim support for IT systems during downtime
