Job Description
- Set sales goal
- Ability to supervise and train
- Meet with larger groups traveling executives, and take care of agents and inspections/wedding
- Ability to effectively listen, communicate and perform diplomacy with internal and external customers and staff in all situations
- Manage all group, transient, and banquet sales activities to maximize revenue for the hotel
- Prepare, implement and compile data for the strategic sales plan, monthly reports, annual goals, sales and marketing budget, forecasts and other reports as directed/required.
- Prepares Sales Reports and annual Sales plan
- Issue agent contracts
- Work effectively to build relationships with colleagues in the hotel
- Creates an effective Sales Programs that will increase awareness and positive perception of the Hotel, its activities, culinary services, and personnel.
- Assist in achieving or exceeding budgeted goals in sales, profit and occupancy for the total hotel
- Ambassador of Hotel at trade shows and conventions to promote and build sales.
- Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Thai Nationality only
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Male or Female, age 30 years and above
- Pleasant personality with experiences 2-3 years, in Sales
- Excellent command of communication in both English & Thai
- Good interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Be a team player motivated to increase revenue targets
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills
- Must have potential corporate account on hand
