To be successful in this role, you will need to have this following qualifications;

- Male/Female, age not over 40 years old.
- Graduated from Faculty of Hospitality Management or related field.
- Good personality and service minded
- Work in experience 6 months minimum
- Ability to work under pressure
- Enthusiastic service-oriented attitude with good interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing & cheerful personality with self-confidence.
- Posses strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skill.

Host/Hostess will be responsible for the roles and possess the following qualifications.

Job Summary
- Understand overall service sequences.
- To be a first staff to provide a warm welcome for arriving stars upon their arrival at the Cafe.
- As a last band member to provide a warm farewell to departure stars upon their departure from the Cafe.
- Ensure that updated information about hotel and surrounded area are available in concierge desk.
