Job Details:
- Direct, coordinate and set up all aspects of the financial and accounting function to ensure compliance with local accounting standards and The Ascott Limited Policies and Procedures
- Support on internal audit matters with all Finance and Accounting Managers and Internal Audit from Ascott Headquarter and Capitaland.
- Review operational and finance processes and generate timely management reports such as issue findings and recommendation for financial and operational effectiveness and efficiency. Follow-up on the progress of implementation and recommendations.
- Review all details of balance sheet for Ascott International Management (Thailand) (AIMT) and all Thailand managed properties on quarterly basis.
- Conduct an audit of specified area and conduct training lessons on the Policies and Procedures.
- Support secretarial functions for Thailand cluster such as reviewing and updating bank mandates for all managed properties and AIMT, reviewing minutes of meeting regarding corporate matters.
