Title: Voyager
Role: Entry-level Leadership Trainee Program
Length: 12-18 Months
Location: Available at Marriott International Managed Brands Globally

JOB SUMMARY
Voyage is Marriott International- s award-winning, global leadership development program designed with the next generation of university graduates in mind. Voyage offers a foundation of development, resources, and support for future leaders of the company across Marriott- s portfolio of brands.

This innovative program is a combination of hands-on, discipline-specific training and a leadership-focused curriculum, all accessed through custom technology. The self-paced, 12-18 month duration of the program is designed to meet a Voyager- s individual training needs. The training will take place at a Marriott International managed hotel.

Through innovative social collaboration tools, you will have the opportunity to network with colleagues around the globe and engage with senior Marriott executives through an Executive Leadership Speaker Series. Voyagers also get to compete globally to manage a hotel through Marriott- s virtual hotel simulator, a gaming experience like no other.

Voyage enables recent college graduates from around the world to immerse themselves in Marriott- s thriving culture built on the principles of always putting people first and constantly pursuing excellence. You will receive mentorship and support through coaches & champions who encourage your growth and keep you challenged.

Marriott- s 12-18 month, full-time, paid leadership development program for recent university graduates offers a number of opportunities to enrich a Voyager- s future career:

- Immersion in the operations of an individual hotel
- Innovative technology to access your curriculum, compete globally in a hotel simulator, and meet Voyagers around the world
- Comprehensive understanding of the global scale of Marriott- s operations
- Exposure to and understanding of Marriott- s broad portfolio of global brands
- Opportunities to interact with and learn from Marriott- s global senior leadership

ELIGIBILITY/REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible, candidates must have graduated within the past 12 months or be currently enrolled in a college/university with an expected graduation date within 12 months.

To participate in the Voyage Program, permanent work authorization for the applicable country is required. We do not provide work authorizations so please be sure to have authorization before applying. The process is different in the Middle East and Africa - work with local authorities to acquire appropriate permits to work in a particular country.
