ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Preparation and cooking. Also be responsible for reviewing kitchen inventory and estimating what foods are needed.
- Oversee the storage and disposal of leftover food products, and help to make sure that the kitchen is clean.
- Develop and test new recipes of food & beverage, and maintain records of what food & beverage has been prepared and what ingredients were used.
- Manages food and product ordering by keeping detailed records and minimises waste, plus works with existing systems to improve waste reduction and manage budgetary concerns.
- Supervises all food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and restaurant standards.
- Serves as a leader in displaying outstanding services mind skills.
