Main Responsibilities
- Prepares, analyzes and reconciles routine or standardized accounting transaction and reports such as vouchers, invoice, A&P.
- Handles monthly closing financial reports in JDE system.
- Processes receipt and payment activities and ensure all completion of the relevant documents and processes.
- Processes bank reconciliation, prepare VAT/WIT reports
- Cashiers total bills, receives money, makes change and gives receipts.
- Daily reconcile collection report with actual receipt.
- Follows up bounced cheques, if any, from the banks and communicate to concerned persons.
- Any duties as assigned by direct superior Bachelor- s degree in Accounting.
