Job Qualifications

- Male/ Female Thai Nationality only, age 27 - 40 years old
- Bachelor- s Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
- Preferable at least 3 - 5 years working experience in Personal Assistant, Project Coordinator or related field.
- Positive thinking and pleasant personality
- Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal communication skill.
- Highly responsible and being able to work under pressure and limited timeline.
- Excellent organisational and proactive skill.
- Good command of both written and spoken in English and Thai.
- Proficient with e-mail, MS Office (numerical skill is advantage).
- Experienced in F&B industry is an advantage.
- Immediate available is preferable.

- Acting as first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone call for executives.
- Schedule and organize daily schedule, external and internal meetings, and appointments.
- Assist executives to coordinate within departments and clients.
- Assist on organising events and conferences.
- Responsible for managing the travel itinerary such as accommodation, transportation, ticketing and etc. for local and international business trip.
- Follow up the progress of all function.
- Plan, organize, prioritize and completed all task assigned in a timely manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing documents for supervisor- s consideration.
- Take minutes or notes in meetings and day-to-day activities.
- Summarize minutes or notes taken in meetings and day-to-day activities.
- Arrange required materials such as presentations, handouts and etc. for meetings.
- Coordinates with other executives, other department manager in resolving day-to-day and operational problems.
- Being able to travel with Executives (Occasionally) to meet clients.
- Perform other duties or ad-hoc duties as being assigned by executives
- Collating and filing expenses.
