The trendy and newly renovated Benviar Tonson Residence is looking for its new Front Office Supervisor female or male.
Minimum 5 years experience in hotel front office experience.
A Good communication skill in English both written and spoken is required.
Speak Chinese language would be more advantage.
A Bachelor Degree or Diploma in hospitality management or related fields is required.

A good service mind is the key to succeed in our property and make our valued guests satisfied.
- Assisting the General Manager for all aspects.
- Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Training staff to meet service standard requirements.
- Resolve issues/problems and coach and counsel the front desk team members to ensure a quality operation.
- Ensure Outstanding customer care at all times.
- Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous at all times.
- Plan business strategies, market portfolios, pricing and open up new markets.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
- Allocate rooms to expected arrivals after checking the guests preferences and special requests.
- Build strong relationships and liaise with all other department's especially housekeeping, mechanic, security and back of the house.
- Cross check all billing instructions are correctly updated.
- Controls cash transactions at the front desk and maintains complete responsibility.
- Ensure Front office log book and hotel log book is always updated and actioned upon.
- Ensures safety by following guest check in and security procedures and reporting suspicious activity to the General Manager.
- Assist all departments in servicing the guests during high volume periods.
- Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
- As a supervisor you will be a role model, sharing your expertise and continually inspiring the front office team.
Salary : THB 25,000 to THB 28,000 net.
