- Bachelor degree in related discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years- experience in Sales Manager position.
- Minimum 3- 5 years- experience in Sales leisure.
- Knowledge of hotel, property management business
- Strong in inter-personality and leadership skill
- Proficiency in English communication and computer literate.
- Understand hotels market positioning for tour & travel market segments.
- Effective sales communication skills and personal performance.
- Solicit new accounts, maintain and/or increase business of existing accounts.
- Demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
- Present ideas, expectations and information in a concise, well-organized manner.
- Use problem solving methodology fir decision making and follow-up.
- Strong overall sales skills.
- Familiarity and knowledge of all departments within the hotel.

- Pays visits to former, existing and potential clients in view of entering into contracts with them, especially commercial accounts.
- Defines precisely guest requirements and ensures that the guest services offered corresponds effectively to their requests.
- Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary.
- Receives in the hotel any important guests whom he has approached.
- Negotiates prices with the clients.
- Confirms verbal proposals in writing.
- Ensures that all complaints have initiated follow-up action.
- Promotes the hotel as often as possible through entertaining, conduction, site inspections, presentation etc., of the hotel.
- To maintain a good relationship with potential Tour Operator / Travel Agent / Corporate account to increase their materialization with the hotel and to solve any problem could affect the smoothness of the work with the hotel
- Attend meetings as assign by Director of Sales and Marketing.
- Identifies specific action steps, accountabilities and timelines. Holds self and others accountable for achieving results.
- Submit sales activities reports and plan on a weekly basis outlining.
- Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
