Restaurant Manager- Japanese Restaurant

- Able to work 5 days split shift (only if required), weekends and public holidays
- Able to start immediately
- Possess good learning attitude and able to work in a team
- Proven customer service experience as a manager
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Acute financial management skills
- Good command of English & basic Thai
- The passionate candidate must be highly creative and has the ability to inject motivation and innovation in the team
- Must be hands-on involved in all operational activities
- Maintain cleanliness, safety and hygiene by implementing international standards - HACCP standard

- Good knowledge of Japanese food and its cooking methods
- Must have worked as a Japanese Restaurant Manager/Assistant Restaurant manager in Thailand
- Must be currently in a similar role managing a busy independent restaurant
- Entrepreneurial mindset & Pre - Opening experience
- Experience in Concept development
- Experience in international Japanese Restaurants
- Communication is key! You will be comfortable communication with customers & associates
- Desire to be on the floor interacting with customers
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
