Female, Thai.
Minimum 3 years experienced in Chain Restaurant , F&B Director.
Good command of English.
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong service mind and Mature.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Pre-Opening restaurant.
Participates in the development and implementation of business strategies with overall mission, vision, values and strategies
In conjunction with the Financial Controller
Establishes and maintains effective internal controls within the department
Develops and implements menu and strategies which are aligned with the targeted market position
Creates and develops menu prices, beverage lists and prices and is responsible for the selection of condiments, linens, uniforms, and decor used within the property's facility and Manage the kitchen operation
Develops and implements strategies and practices which support employee engagement
Standardizes portions used and is responsible for the controlling of food, beverage, and labor costs
Adheres to corporate policies and procedures
