1. To be responsible for the overall care and service for guests throughout their stay.
2. Greet and meet and assist guest upon the arrival and escort to their rooms.
3. Assists and follows up guests- requests and inquiries. Provide information and service based on the hostel standards and policies.
4. Check in and out , making reservation (Direct / Agency), cash reconciliations and Social Media / Email or phone enquiries.
5. Push sales volume and making routine promotion to meet prospect target sales.
