Food & Beverage Manager

Minimum of 3 years previous experience within the luxury hotels.

Manages the functioning of all Food and Beverage employees, facilities, sales and costs, to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved.
Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement.
Develop exceptional levels of customer service.
Recruit, manage, train and develop the Food and Beverage team.
Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures.
Be environmentally aware.
