Job Qualifications

- - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- - Minimum 3-4 years experience in HR management preferably 5 stars background
- - Fluent in Good in English
- - Experience in assessment, monitoring and evaluation, training and facilitation of staff
- - Good contextual knowledge of local issues, organizational relationships, social and cultural constraints and realities, and environmental conditions
- - Knowledge of Thai Labour laws relating to employment
- - Should have Counselling and guidance skills and a strong potential for negotiation
- - Eliminating the risk and damage of employment litigation
- - Streamlining people and paper systems to achieve operational efficiency

- - Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
- - Recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; candidate selection; exit interviews; recommends changes
- - Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements
- Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Maintaining human resources staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- All other HR & Admin related matters from time to time
- - Recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; candidate selection; exit interviews; recommends changes
- - Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements
