- THAI Male age not over 35 years old.
- Graduated from Faculty of Human Resources or related field.
- Good personality and service minded
- Work in experience 1 year minimum
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability in leading, guiding, training, and motivating team members.
- Enthusiastic service-oriented attitude with good interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing & cheerful personality with self-confidence.
- Posses strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills - non negotiable.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office program and related internal software.

Human Resources Officer will be responsible for the roles and possess the following qualifications.

Roles
- Leader otherwise facilitate the transfer of information regarding priorities, assignments and problem solving at the various briefing sessions each day.
- Assist in organizing communication programs and actively participate in the Hotel- s Band Members- Activities.
- Assist in the organizing of Quarterly/Annually Band Social and Sports Activities and Thank You Party.
- Actively participate in the Hotel- s Welfare and Health & Safety committee.
- Maintain excellent relations with Local Government Agencies in particular the Labor Department & Social Security office.
- Maintain an open door policy and counsel individual Band Members when required.
- Have good knowledge and be able to give information
