รายละเอียดงาน
- To co-ordinate and organize all functions to meet with the clients- need and requirements
- To follow-up information and arrangement of the functions for Sales Persons
- To check on function room set up and meet clients prior to commencement of each event to ensure all arrangements are in good order before handling responsibility to the manager/captain in charge
- To check and up-date the booking in Opera on a daily basis
- To be a representative of Sales Person for telephone requirements, walk-in clients and during function
- To co-ordinate with other departments in order to make the function success
- To ensure every department concerned receive BEOs
- To prepare weekly and monthly forecast (booking on hand)
- To ensure higher profitability through up-selling
- To entertain potential and regular clients to secure business and maintain rapport respectively
- To introduce clients to our varied facilities through letters, telephone and site inspections
- To assist in identifying marketing needs and trends for the future preparation of the yearly Banquet Marketing Plan
- To assist and offer views on the design and implementation of attractive banquet packages, sales kit, etc.
- To issue the in-house documents i.e. banquet event order (BEO), amendment, etc.
- To be constantly aware and consciously maintain food and beverage costing on all banqueting/meeting events
- To attend every banquet event order meeting, weekly catering sales meeting, and any other meetings as assigned by the Director of Catering
- Perform banquet functions or related duties and special projects as assigned and directed by the Director of Catering
- Ensure that Marriott SOP- s and LSOP- s are in place and adhered to
- Dress in a manner which is conductive to a business environment whereby first impressions reflect on the hotels- image
- The Catering Co-coordinator of Renaissance Ratchaprasong Bangkok Hotel will use his/her knowledge in his/her department for the sole benefit of Marriott Corporation and will perform all reasonable tasks as required by management which is not life threatening or against the law.
