Job Qualifications

* Fluent in Thai and (close to) fluent in English
* An experienced DHR or HRM working in a medium sized 4-5 star property for more than 3 years
* Savvy in contemporary HR operations and computing
* Positive, creative, motivated, eager to learn, welcoming, professional, a fast learner and thinker with a sense of customer service, problem solving, responsibility and humour
* A people person, a great communicator and trainer able to build an attractive work environment and memorable experience for staff and guests
* Experienced in Hotel Pre-Opening
* An experienced DHR or HRM working in a medium sized 4-5 star property for more than 3 years

* Set up all HR, Talent Development during the pre-opening .
* Manage payroll, contracting and communications, and develop a comprehensive reporting structure
* Support the Operations Team to achieve their goals by defining, establishing and analysing standards, mastering all aspects of the recruitment process and creating an appealing staff recognition and incentive scheme.
* Assist HODs in building up an attractive training system, co-develop and conduct generic soft skill programmes, and analyse trends in industry
* Manage payroll, contracting and communications, and develop a comprehensive reporting structure
