Japanese Guest Relations Manager

- Japanese, age not over 35 years old
- Previous experience of managing people and developing people
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations

Responsible for ensuring the standard whilst maintaining a high standard of customer service within the guest services Department and Front Office overall. S/He has a supervisory role over all the guest service associates within the hotel and a liaison role with other departments, to ensure all guest expectations are being met.
