What you will need to win:
Next to industry related education and work experience, we want to see an honest smile, creativity, and a can-do attitude from you. With a Team of motivated, educated and empowered people, we are about to take industry standards to the next level; and you need to be happy to explore this path with us.
You will make it to the next round if you are:
* Fluent in Thai and (close to) fluent in English.
* Experienced as a Front Office Supervisor in a 3 star+ hotel for about 1-2 years
* Savvy in contemporary Front Office operations and computing
* Positive, creative, motivated, eager to learn, welcoming, professional, a fast learner and thinker with a sense of customer service, problem solving, responsibility and humour.
* A people person, a great communicator able to create meaningful experiences for staff and guests
* Diploma or Certificate or equivalent similarity experience required
* Knowledgeable in Front office Operations and PMS system.
