RESPONSIBILITIES
- To compare pricing and process for PR and PO for management approval
- To follow for all outstanding of PO and ensure all PO will be complete of receiving on time requirement
- To monitor and ensure FF&E reserve balance are sufficient for spending
- To manage supplier relations for maximum mutual benefits
- To consolidate FF&E report as per requirement from the owner
- To maintain and create relationship with suppliers in order to gain company- s benefit and reputation
- To be a leader for global procurement team and create supplier networking for hotels in the group
- To bring in new products and innovation for maximize quality and profit to the company
