- Analyze online strategies of the hotel- s competitive set, identify trends and developments regarding distribution channels, recommend and initiate hotel- s response.
- Control and manage day-to-day allocations and competitive rates on our own website, OTA- s, B2B platforms.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with online business partners.
- Ensure correct and updated property information on third-party websites.
- Monitor and handle social media, review, blog and forum sites.
