Qualifications:
-Male or female age between 35-45 years old
-Bachelor Degree or higher in Human Resource or related filed
-At least 3 years working experience in Human Resource spectrum
-Good command of written and spoken English
-Knowledge in MS Office
-Active and skilled in interpersonal, negotiation, communication
Job Details
รายละเอียดงาน
2.1 Analysing and planning the manpower of each departments to be consistent with quantity of task both current and future by benchmarking with other companies in the same industry both qualification and rate of wages.
2.2 Collecting the organization of administration of each department that changing the position and the person into up to date.
2.3 Creating a record Man-Power-Index: MPI that is index indicating the productive of each department for determining manpower in the hotel.
2.4 Coordinating with training department in developing MPI of each department about job description by testing capability and knowledge.
2.5 Coordinating with technology department in developing MPI of each department about job description by using the computer system for deceasing the mistake from the human and increasing productive of working.
2.6 Responsible for supervising all document that is promoted or relegate and delivery it to the relevant department.
2.7 Responsible for participating in determining and improving new rate of wages in order to compete with other companies.
2.8 Responsible for recruiting internal and outsider following annual recruiting planning.
2.9 Responsible for creating the process of recruiting and testing of each job description for making sure that every department will get the candidates match with the qualification as requested.
2.10 Responsible for preparing evaluation method of period of probation 90 days and notify to employees when they completed probation.
2.11 Responsible for building the data base of all employees for making recruitment will be effective.
2.12 Responsible for make a good relationship with education institute, club and association in order to exchange the
knowledge and announce the vacancy job to them.
2.13 Implementing follow the activity plan about make a good relationship with the employees.
2.14 Responsible for preparing a monthly report of manpower to each departments and administrator.
2.15 Responsible for developing of Fringe Benefit in order to benefit to employees and company.
2.16 Responsible for preparing all employees- salary adjustment or other income
2.17 Responsible for making a record about all expenditure of welfare that give the employees for analysing it will be
beneficial maximum and being consistent with the policy of company.
2.18 Responsible for developing system Promotion Plan / Career Planning for setting the rate of wages appropriately with Job Value.
2.19 Responsible for making a record all type of leaves and a report about Time Attendance&% Productive Man - Hour by individual.
2.20 Responsible for developing the Policy - Role - Form and hand-book.

2.21 Responsible for tracking to ensure compliance with the regulation of company as well as transferring knowledge
to employee and willingly accepted.
2.22 Responsible for giving counseling in solving problem to employee.
2.23 Responsible for providing shuttle bus service.
2.24 Responsible for providing automotive services as well as maintenance
2.25 Responsible for attending the HRA association at least 1 times per month with partner hotel 15 hotels for exchanging the update information about salary and benefit
2.30 Responsible for preparing monthly meeting with labor union at least 1 times per month in order to encourage and make a good relationship each other and being consistent with the labor law.
2.32 Responsible for representative to attend the meeting with bangrak district and government.
2.33 Perform other duties assigned commander.
