Marketing Communications Manager

Qualifications

- Thai Nationality.
- Graduate with a degree or higher in Marketing, Public Relations or other related fields
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing Communication management, either in an international branded four or five star hotel would be an advantage
- Good relation build up with every concerned parties especially local, domestic and also international media
- Practical Knowledge in E-Newsletter, Graphic Design and article write up
- Outgoing & cheerful personality, be highly presentable and versatility
- Enthusiastic service-oriented attitude with good interpersonal skills to forge and nature strong relationships with both sales and hotel service delivery teams
- Excellent command of English both written and verbal, business language and communication skills
- Computer, Internet, E-mail, MS Office, Graphic Program and Social Medias platform are essential

Marketing Communications Manager

Hard Rock Hotel & Cafe Pattaya is looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to be another member of our team and be a part of this cultural icon. As one of the leaders, you need to be good at your job, have a passion for it, be who you are and able to work within the company values.

Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for the roles and possess the following qualifications.

Job Summary
- Understand the business goal and standard, then to integrate it to S&M activities
- Create activities/events/promotions for brand exposure and hotel profitability;
- Marketing/promotional plan with P&L projection.
- Conceptual development
- Copy writing
- Graphic Design, to alleviate the task of Graphic Designer
- E-based activities; e-newsletter/e-flyer/e-blasting
- Handle professionally all incoming inquiries/concerns
- Monitor the Hotel website where info is updated at all times
- Network within the company and the industry to keep abreast of developments affecting your field of expertise. (All local, domestic and international targeted group)
- Develop and maintain the hotel's Identity Manual
- Create and maintain contacts of celebrities/media/sponsors/partner/suppliers;
- PR activities, follow up all contacts.
- Prepare, budget, implement and adjust if necessary an annual marketing communications plan for the hotel
- Be visible in the local community as a Hotel Representative
- Ensure all jobs meet deadlines; i.e. Month-end Report, Group e-newsletter, etc
- Welcome Media/Celebrities/VIPs assigned by the Top Management and participate in Hotel activities/events as required
- Organize press visits and generally maintain a good and close relationship with the press
- Prepare press releases, which are informative, support the hotel- s sales efforts, reflect the hotel- s product image and promote the hotel- s standing within the local community
- Work closely with F&B, Marketing & Sales and the hotel- s advertising agency on advertising campaigns
- Lead or otherwise facilitate the transfer of information regarding priorities, assignments and problem solving at the various briefing sessions each day.
- Have a good understanding of the hotel's emergency procedures and ensure implementation of those related to the departments under your supervision when required
