Operations Manager

- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- At least 5 years of previous experience as a Business Operations Manager or in a similar role
- Ability to perform a wide range of duties
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and time limit

- Coordinate and collaborate with TURTLE 10 stakeholder, restaurants and external parties to achieve company goal
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Supervise and coach subordinates to ensure efficient operations work.
- Develop operations plan of TURTLE 10 and restaurants.
- Reviewed and approved purchasing of TURTLE 10's operations and restaurants
- Oversee operations budgets of TURTLE 10 and restaurants.
- Supervises all petty cash and cash float(restaurants) to comply with policies and procedures.
- Manage and coordinate with outsourcing services companies to support TURTLE 10 and restaurant operations.
- Performing other duties as assigned
