- Bachelor of Arts Human Resource Management or in any related
field.
- Minimum of 6 years experiences in Human Resource Management
- Strong interpersonal with Leadership and Communication
skills
- Strong sense of Ethics and Developmental skills
- Good command of writing and speaking in English, Computer
literature

- Developing and administering human resources plans and
procedures as the hotel- s goals
- Oversee an organization- s recruitment, interview, selection,
and hiring processes
- Developing, analyzing and update the company- s evaluation
program
- Maintaining and revising the company- s handbook on policies
and procedures
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Conducting new employee orientations and exit interviews
