Villa Manager (BU: Baan Turtle)

Profile and Qualifications:
1. Strong in English communication
2. Hotel and Food & Beverage experience
3. Strong organization skills, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, negotiation skills
4. Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)

Basic Function:
Responsible for all aspects of the villa operation including guest and employee satisfaction and taking care the investment of ownership with exception of Keller restaurant.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Lead the team members in the development and implementation of Baan Turtles strategies.
2. Work closely with Chef- s and shares any information- s related to any events or fire life health and safety issues which may have any impact on Keller restaurant or villa operations.
3. Demonstrate and communicates key drivers of guest satisfaction for ensures core elements of the service strategy are in place to produce the desired results.
4. Be highly visible and interfaces with customers on a regular basis to obtain feedback on quality of product, and service levels.
5. Establish with Turtle 23 CEO a relationship with owner as a business partnership and builds owner loyalty through proactive communication, involvement in key decisions after approval of Turtle 23 CEO
6. Understand the owner- s perspective. Manages an effective balance between the owner- s interests and company- s interests and develops solutions that create value for both.
