Restaurant Supervisor (BU: Baan Turtle)

Profile and Qualifications:
1. Strong in English communication
2. Hotel and Food & Beverage experience
3. Strong organization skills, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, negotiation skills
4. Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)

Basic Function:
Responsible for all aspects of the villa- s food & beverage operation and guest satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Servicing guests dining at Baan Turtle with professionalism and passion.
2. Supervising and training waiter and waitresses.
3. Ensuring highest possible standard of hygiene.
4. Identify the operational necessities and lease with Villa Manager.
5. Follow up the procedures according with the check list.
6. Coordinate the work, in order to maintain the constant quality of the service
7. Track Food and Beverage monthly inventories

Welfare:
