Security Supervisor

Profile and Qualifications:
1. At least vocational diploma
2. At least 3-year experience in security officer position.
3. Proficiency in English communication.
4. Computer literate and knowledge of computer system.

Basic Function:
To protect lives and properties of guests, employee, and Baan Turtle and to enforces rules and regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Take charge of the Baan Turtle and T01 Keller Restaurant security during duty hours.
2. Before taking over duty, be familiar with all activities in the villa.
3. Brief security officers of the past, present and near future events in the premises.
4. Enforce the rules & regulations, and discipline amongst employees.
5. Ensure that the security checkpoint is always clean. Check all books, files, security passes, identification, equipment etc.
6. Check on employees, part-times, casuals, contractors, visitors, and their possessions when they leave the property.
7. Take immediate action for recovery of any item reported loss and found on hotel premises.
8. Provide security coverage for VIP guests, groups during arrival / departure at Baan Turtle.
9. Ensure all lost and found items are recorded and hand them over to the Villa Manager, restaurant manager and T01 Patronage informed.
10. Be familiar with the fire emergency plan and a member of the firefighting team.
11. Take necessary action whenever the fire alarm activates.
12. Render first aid to the sick or the injured person.
13. Conducts investigation into all incidents and accidents and report to chief security.
