Restaurant Manager (BU:Keller Restaurant)

Profile and Qualifications:
1. Strong in Thai and English communication
2. Hotel and Food & Beverage experience
3. Strong organization skills, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, negotiation skills
4. Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
5. This is not an administrational job; the candidate has to be hands on driven and have leader qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Lead the team members in the development and implementation of Keller Restaurant service standards.
2. Work closely with chef- s and shares any information- s related to any events or fire life health and safety issues which may have any impact on Keller restaurant operations.
3. Demonstrate and communicates key drivers of guest satisfaction for ensures core elements of the service strategy are in place.
4. Be highly visible and interfaces with customers on a regular basis to obtain feedback on quality of product, and service levels.
5. Establish with Chef a relationship and builds guest loyalty through proactive communication and involvement in key decisions after approval of Chef Partner
