Job Details
รายละเอียดงาน
- Oversee front office and housekeeping operations during assigned shift including:
- Daily check in and check out
- Provide excellent customer service per the standards of the Company, and assist in situations to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintenance of guest information in PMS
- Handling Guests Feedback
- Supervise cashiering system and activities during shift including:
- Cash handling and banking procedure
- Dealing with irregular payments
- Instructing Front Office Agents in credit policies and facilities
- Instructing Front Office Agents in cash security procedures
- Work with housekeeping supervisors to ensure equipment, linen and cleaning requirements are kept up to standard.
- Conducts inspection on a regular basis of all guest accommodation and public area
- Conduct on-the-job training in accordance with the departmental standards and policies and procedures and maintain a record of progress.
- Provide probationary / formal performance appraisal feedback in line with company guidelines. Coach, counsel and discipline staff in breach of hotel policies and departmental procedures, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance
- Exercise care on occupational, health, safety legislation, policies and procedures
- Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly
- Build loyalty from guests by exceeding expectations of guests
- Prepare reports, handle special projects and assignments as required
