Job Qualifications
ข้อกำหนด
- Thai or Foreign Nationality
- Conduct studies to discover ways to improve the efficiency of production and warehousing processes
- Ensure manufacturing and processing staff wear appropriate sanitary and protective gear to ensure health and safety
- Monitor every aspect of production to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production equipment to ensure smooth work operations
- Oversee inventory, warehouse and logistics of the Central Kitchen
- Allot work tasks to company staff according to their specialization and history
- Prepare periodic reports to update upper management on food production activities, logistics and warehousing
- Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and processed food products
- Ensure products and raw materials are stored properly at optimum conditions
- Ensure all company regulations and government legislations are adhered to
- Good decision maker and problem solving.
- Hold Occupational Safety Officer at High Technical Level or higher.
- Excellent knowledge of Safe, Health and Environment for Factory
- At least 5 years of experience in Food Factory Manager Role.
- Be able to manage 80++staff
- Experience in HACCP / GMP environment
- Experience in food quality control, warehouse & logistic, inventory, procurement, and HR is preferable.
- Experience in a high volume kitchen such as central kitchen / flight catering or banqueting.
- Be able to manage food factory license and all related licenses.
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Thai language proficiency a must
- Computer literate - Microsoft Office
