- At least 5 years of industry and culinary management experience from Japanese cuisine, omakase
- Excellent knowledge of quality food operations.
- Passion for leadership and teamwork
- Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
- Excellent guest service skills
- Good command of English.

- Propose a new menu
- Provide superior guest services, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Respond to customer questions and complaints
- Other duties assigned by chef
- Explaining the step of cocking and presenting to customers for entertaining both Thai and English.
- Keeping the kitchen station clean all the time.
- Responsibility including handling a wide range of raw fish and other ingredients, managing food stock.
- Working with an attention to detail to fulfill all orders within quality standards.
