2.Maximum 30 Years of age
3.A minimum of 2 years- experience as a fine dining Restaurant Manager in a multi AA
Rosette and/or Michelin rated environment
4.A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
5.Impeccable service standards and attention to detail
6.Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced atmosphere
7.Professional demeanor and polished appearance
8.Proven ability to lead others and positively influence employee behavior
9.Excellent verbal communication skills -
10.Ability to work a flexible schedule
11.Extensive Food and Wine knowledge

1.Assist with all hiring of support team members
2.Wine & Spirit month inventory, costing, buying and managing costs
3.Take ownership of employee morale
4.Responsible for daily shift responsibilities
5.Handling special events, public relations and marketing
6.Constant inspection and evaluation of dining rooms, receiving, preparation, production, and storage areas. Responsible to ensure venue appearance and exceeding standards as well as maintaining compliance with all health and
safety regulations at all times
