- Male or Female
- At least 1 year experience in sales.
- A Bachelor Degree or Diploma in hospitality management or related fields is required and a previous experience in
Hotel / Travel industry experience would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Good command of speaking, reading and writing in English.
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Social Media i.e IG, Facebook, LINE, WhatApp and etc.
- Knowledge of Marketing for hotel website.

- To answer inquiries of room rates, outlets and room locations.
- To handle online marketing.
- To handle promotion package plan.
- To handle with hotel website.
- To respond all guests reservation requests and accurate guest service at all times.
- To handle with the walk in guest, Agent and all online channels like hotel wesite, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia and etc.
- To answers telephone calls, conveys messages, and monitors the flow of e-mail.
- Co-ordinate with the channel manager or software vendors for any availability, rate or booking.
- Receive contracts detailing room allotments and creates allotments on the hotel management system.
- Update No-shows and cancellations on all OTA's to avoid and unwanted commissions.
- Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans.
- Processes cancellations and modifications and promptly relays this information to the front desk.
- Understands the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations, non refundable and no-shows.
- Communicates reservation information with the front desk.
- To help develop room revenue and occupancy forecasts.
- To assist with front office duties when required.
