Sports Coordinator

- Update any activities, competition results, and any other relating movement of the sports events and Pattana FC on social media channel.
- Help administer the online communication Facebook fan page for Pattana FC and Industrial Cup.
- Assist with the inventory control for Sports Department.
- Control the use of the equipment of the within the department.
- Help supervisors to monitor the expenses of the department.
- Coordinate with the all the departments.
- Assist the Sport Operations Manager for the Weekend trainings arrangement.
- Prepares and administers the document in and out
- Co-ordinate and respond to telephone requests from customer and general work requests
- Responsible for taking minutes of meetings, typing and distribution
- Maintain expense tracking logs or spreadsheets as per departmental standard and procedure.
- Maintain an effective filing system for, tracking system
- To comply with the grooming and uniform standards as per employee handbook / policy and procedure.
- Ensure all requests for maintenance are carried out within an acceptable time frame.

The Sports Co-ordinator contributes to the work of every section in the sports department. Sports Administrator needs to be knowledgeable, understand the nature and all elements of the sports.,
