Job Qualifications

- We are looking for a candidate who is currently a Resort manager or someone who has 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant Manager for a luxury resort.
- They must have excellent communications skills in both Thai and English.
- They must be innovative and creative, experience managing a large team, and a proven record of service excellence and great attention to detail.
- The will be commercially driven, with excellent business acumen, guest interaction and interpersonal skills, and is capable of situational decision-making.
- Previous experience in remote but accessible locations is an added advantage.
