Job Details
รายละเอียดงาน
1. Ensure the practice of dynamic pricing and yield management on a daily basis according to the direction.
2. Communicate effectively all rate adjustments and changes according to the direction.
3. Cooperatively monitor for close-outs and stop sales communicating with reservations for action.
4. Ensure rooms, rates, packages and availability are loaded and accurate according to the direction.
5. Monitor reservations made to ensure selling rates match with OTA rates.
6. Ensure and monitor the Hotel- s online strategies as they are being implemented.
7. Monitor and track the competitors- rates and report any threats or opportunities, including any other indicators related to the market and the competition.
8. Maintain good relationships with key persons of the main OTA partners and understand their model, product, markets and be an expert for all the accounts.
9. Develop OTA promotion according to direction and Market demand.
10. Drives web traffic/sales, promotes to drive online revenues.
11. Monitor and manage the brand- s social media pages in e-commerce function, website photo & content updates, a coordinator with Brand and Marcom according to the direction.
12. Constant review and update brand presence and content according to the direction.
13. Works as a key team member with the sales & marketing team.
