Bachelor- s Degree in hospitality management or related field
5-7 years- experience in the restaurant industry or related field

Job Summary:
To manage and drive all aspects of the outlet- s operations to consistently and profitably deliver high quality F&B service and retails in accordance with established standards.
Main Duties & Responsibilities :
Monitor the daily and monthly sales target and create the upselling skills among all F&B staff
Prepares a weekly covers forecast and ensures all Tea Room / Caf- Staffs are scheduled accordingly.
Ensures the correct implementation of all cash-handling procedures including cashiering closing and remittance.
Assists in the operation at peak times and any other times business needs require hands-on assistance.
Organizes inventories and implements the outlet- s monthly inventory.
Ensures implementation of SOP and all policies & procedures related to the department.
Control the F&B product displays in cooperation with F&B Manager and F&B Manufacturing.
Ensures all customers- requests and complaints are handled appropriately.
Orders operating supplies when required, monitors bar transfers and ensures the outlet maintains a minimum stock.
Control the maintenance jobs in cooperation with F&B Material Controller.
Ensures all opening and closing duties are implemented in accordance with established standards.
Establishes and maintains strong customer relationships and actively promotes repeat business.
Conducts daily pre-service briefings.
Checks daily mise-en-place, cleanliness and restaurant set-up before service.
Administers requisitions: food store, beverage store and general store.
