1. Responsible for the finance and accounting department and with high ability to manage the property level accounting matters with accuracy and precision.
รับผิดชอบแผนกการเงินและบัญชี และบริหารจัดการบัญชีภายในโรงแรมให้ถูกต้องและแม่นยำ
2. Be truthful in every aspect of the accounting procedures with high leadership examples to the staff and ensure that internal control system is in place.
มีความซื่อสัตย์ในทุกๆขั้นตอนของกระบวนการบัญชีพร้อมเป็นตัวอย่างด้านการเป็นผู้นำให้กับพนักงาน และแน่ใจว่ามีระบบการควบคุมภายใน
3. To represent the company for any matters pertaining to finance and accounting, dealing with external parties when necessary.
นำเสนอบริษัทในทุกเรื่องที่เกี่ยวกับการเงินและการบัญชีหรือติดต่อกับบุคคลภายนอกเมื่อจำเป็น
4. Draw up an annual budget for the property in line with the management direction.
กำหนดงบประมาณรายปีสำหรับโรงแรมตามทิศทางของฝ่ายบริหาร
5. Review all detail of balance sheet account on monthly basis.
ตรวจสอบรายละเอียดทั้งหมดของบัญชีงบดุลเป็นประจำทุกเดือน
6. Prepare all necessary month end reports as required by property, cluster or HQ level.
จัดทำรายงานประจำเดือนที่จำเป็นทั้งหมดตามโรงแรม กลุ่มงาน หรือสำนักใหญ่กำหนด
