1. Oversee and manage a group of food outlet operations.
2. Collaborate with different supporting units in order to achieve set targets or increase operation efficiency.
3. Oversee and manage all financial aspects of the outlet businesses so that it meets the company- s target, including being responsible for budgeting. Revenue forecasting, managing sales, cost analysis & P&L Analysis.
4. Improve leadership, team building and empowerment skills of individual managers.
5. Provide necessary training to develop performance of staffs in each brand.
6. Ensure that each operation team can correctly identify on-going problems or issues and help them to solve the problem or continuously improve the level of service.
7. Responsible for service excellence and ability to maintain product quality in all outlets.
8. Lead with seasonal / ad hoc projects necessary in order to meet the company- s goals.
9. Ensure operation team achieve internal and external customer satisfaction.
