รายละเอียดงาน
- Supervise, Support, and train junior members of the team, including sales executives and sales coordinators
- Attends daily briefing and departmental meetings as assigned by supervisor and continually advises management of sales progress and bookings
- Produces and submits sales reports according to the request and on a timely basis
- Analyses sales results and competition, and recommend ways to improve the situation and current poor futures sales performance
- Establishes two-way communication effectively with guests, clients and related departments.
- Reports on confirmed and anticipated bookings for forecasting purposes
- Resolves booking conflict based on group importance and revenue potential.
- Seeks new business and takes responsibility from search of client to booking appointment to conduction show arounds of the resort
- Maintains close contract with travel agents and local business groups
- Entertains clients as needed
- Liaise with concerned departments to ensures that operations will deliver the best quality products to the clients
- Checks and ensures that the jobs assigned to subordinates have been eddectiively completed on the timely basis and according to hotel- s expectation
- Recommends corrective actions for unfavorble variances in job standards and budget commitment
- Identifies and solves problems in a professional manner
- Assists others to ensure the operation is rn smoothly and eddectively
