Account Receivable Officer (Turtle 23)

1. Bachelor- s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
2. 2 years of work experience in accounting or finance at management level.

1. Record revenue and payment and reconcile revenue (cash/credit card) on daily basis.

2. Post revenues by verifying and entering transactions.

3. Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from trade promotions.

4. Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.

5. Maintaining the billing system.

6. Coordinate to open credit term and verify documents.

7. Summarize receivables by maintaining invoice accounts and coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account.

1. Working 5 days per week.
2. Public Holiday and Vacations
