Procurement Officer (Turtle 23)

1. At least Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration.
2. At least 2-5 years experience.
3. Proficiency in English communication
4. Strong in organization, detailed and analysis skill
5. Computer literate and knowledge of computer system: Microsoft Office, Comanche, SAP
6. Strong in inter-personality skill

1. Source supplies; negotiate on behalf of company prices, term and conditions.

2. Maintain of purchase orders to vendors and distribute remaining copies.

3. Continue to assist Procurement Manager in searching for better product and services to ensure company's cost effectiveness and user satisfaction.

4. Follow up on purchase orders and delivery of ordered goods and services.

5.Get 3 quotations to attach the CAPEX or enhancement to compare the price.

6. Maintain regular communication with department on deliveries and outstanding orders.

7. Regularly compare the prices charged by company's suppliers with those of other vendors in the market to ensure that the company can always buy at the best possible price without jeopardizing quality.

8.Verify market list from subsidiary company and purchase request from all departments.

9. Perform other duties as assigned by Procurement Manager.

1. Working 5 days per week.
