-High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
-Food service permit or valid health/food handler
1 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is beneficial
- Able to work on a 1 shift basis at night (10pm - 7am) and weekends.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities, but are not limited to
- able to work Night shift (10pm till 7am)
- Welcome and greet all guests in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
- Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information
- Establish and maintains effective employee working relationships
- Attends and participate in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.
- Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled
- Prepares for service by ensuring:
- Grooming is impeccable and in accordance with personal presentation standards
-Outlet equipment and Bar are clean
-Equipment is sorted and stored
-Requirements for special events are ready
-Outlet is ready for service and guest comfort
-Prepare menu items for daily operation.
-Support the process for new menu items or operational innovation to support company goals.
-Carries out effective service by ensuring:
-Daily food and beverage specials are explained and up-sold
-Food orders are processed accurately
-Payment methods are handled accurately
-Working areas are cleaned and re-set quickly
-Carries out effective beverage service by ensuring:
- Beverages are up-sold and regularly replenished, abiding by responsible alcohol service regulations via Grab N Go service
- Patron care standards are adhered to by ensuring:
- Guests are advised on alcoholic beverages
- Compliance with legal provisions of local liquor codes
- Level of intoxication of guests is assessed and appropriate action taken
- Advise guest on the hotel- s policy of smoking
- Monitor factors which interfere with the total experience of the guest
- Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints
- Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
- Operate computer programs and multi-line phone systems
- Maintain guest records and book reservations
- Room information is known
- Help our guests at check-in / check-out, share the facilities of our hostel & the activities program.
- Updates, Immigration Office and Department of Provincial Administration, guest data upon check in and submit on daily and weekly basis
- Run and lead activities as required
- Maintain, take care all Lub d plantation & rooftop area
- Any other duties to support the overall success and growth of the company Requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
